Return Policy

Zentory Return Policy
Because all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference. Please read the size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.
To submit a claim, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

  • Your order number

Once the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement immediately.

Return-to-Sender Packages & Incorrect Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost. We cannot issue refunds for items returned for this reason.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items damaged due to customer handling
